Shereen's Own Story

Nutritionist & Clinical Weight Loss Coach

Hi, I'm Shereen; a Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist & a Clinical Weight Loss Coach.   I created The Zero-Diet weight loss program; using tried and tested strategies that yield to permanent weight loss results based on my own weight loss journey.
A mum of 2 beautiful kids, a successful HR professional, I was there 7 years back 24 kgs (53 lbs) heavier physically and mentally.  Feeling depressed, unhappy, and a failure despite my success in my personal and professional life.  I never felt good enough and blamed it all on my weak willpower.
Its only when I got rid of the "All or nothing mentality" that I started seeing the weight dropping off. Its only when I started changing my mindset about eating healthier, understanding my WHY behind wanting to lose the weight, not looking for a quick fix, listening to my body's hunger and satisfaction cues, implementing smaller but healthier habits that fit my busy schedule that I lost all the weight and kept it off.  I'm now 53 lbs lighter and happier.  

Since then I have  been helping hundreds of other women to transform their lives, finally lose the weight, and show up in confidence.
